I like this a lot. The colours are nice and subtle. It's very easy with HDR to end up with an image that looks awful and breaks all the light relationships in the shot, but this avoids that trap and works well. The composition is nice with the lead in on the pier, although the horizon's gone a bit wonky.
Your sensor could do with a clean though, there's loads of dust on it.
